Dear animal lovers,

The small size of our animal welfare association gives us the opportunity to react individually to the needs of the dogs in our care.
We take over abused and abandoned dogs as well as dogs that were unwanted and have been given into killing station. These are not old, aggressive or sick animals but often simply "unwanted" dogs.
We take in these dogs, place them in the loving hands of foster families and take care of the (sometimes very complex and expensive) medical care and socialization. Of course that costs us a lot of money and therefore we are in need of your donation.

We are of the opinion that the restoration of the personality can ONLY take place in a foster family who may already have their own dog, who shows our dog the way back to a loving life. A shelter can not offer this way to traumatic dogs.
Only when it can be guaranteed that the dog has as good as overcome its suffering and trauma will it be presented to the public and we start looking for a suitable home for him. This sometimes takes weeks or months, but we will never let a dog go too early before we really feel that we have found the best home for him and his needs. Only then we will let him go.
